Registration and Fees

REGISTRATION including ACCOMMODATION: 
Total Cost: 300 € which includes:
- 3-night Accommodation at "Alexander Beach" hotel (depending on availability). Requests for any extra night(s) must be clearly stated in the registration form and and have to be paid directly at the hotel.  
- 2 lunches & 1 dinner during the 2 conference days.
- Conference Portfolio
- Bus Transfer from and to the airport to the Hotel (specified itineraries)
- Bus Transfer from and to the conference venue

REGISTRATION without ACCOMMODATION:
Total Cost: 130 € which includes:- 2 lunches & 1 dinner during the 2 conference days
- Conference Portfolio
- Bus Transfer from the airport to the hotel (specified itineraries)
- Bus Transfer from and to the conference venue

Please be aware that your accommodation can be guaranteed only after the registration costs' payment has been concluded.
